Take the Survey, You Could Win!

In preparation for Rio+20, UN Women is supporting the civil society network the Women’s Major Group on gathering the views and gender perspectives from women around the world.

The survey forms part of preparations for the Rio+20 Conference (20-22 June 2012).

With support from UN Women and the Rockefeller Foundation, the WMG is currently undertaking a brief survey to collect input that reflects the diverse views of women from all parts of the world, and builds on existing WMG efforts. Reflections will be shared at the conference and shape the Rio+20 outcomes through:

•Recommendations, statements and advocacy strategies by the Women’s Major Group in Rio;

•Communications with policymakers and country delegates – including Heads of State – in Rio;

•A collection of successful projects highlighted online (based on projects that you choose to share with us).

As a prize, one woman will be selected to go to the Rio+20 Conference as part of the Women’s Major Group. Only women from developing countries who complete the entire survey (including name and email) are eligible. It could be you!
